Senior Partners
Robert Rankin
Previously, Rob served as Global Co-Head of the Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank, CEO of Deutsche Bank Asia-Pacific and member of Group Executive Committee, and Head of UBS Investment Banking Asia-Pacific.
Rob has over 30 years of investment banking and corporate experience and has built and managed two bulge bracket investment banking franchises.
Rob has been based in London, Hong Kong and Sydney during his career. He is a board member and advisory board member to various companies. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and Law from the University of Sydney.
Carsten Boekhorst
Co-Founder and Partner
Previously, Carsten was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Pamplona Capital Management, a Director at York Capital Management and Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch International.
Carsten has over 20 years of fund management and investment banking experience, investing and advising across a wide range of industries in public and private markets.
Carsten is a board member and advisory board member to various companies. Carsten holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Law and Business Administration degrees from the Radboud University of Nijmegen.
Daniel Fields

Dan is CEO of Global Broking at TP ICAP. Previously, Dan served as Global Head of Markets at Société Générale, where during his 23 year tenure Dan was also Global Head of Trading for the Markets business as well as Global Head of Flow Sales.
Dan has over 25 years of capital markets experience advising clients on a range of capital markets transactions.
In his career, he was based in New York, Sydney, London and Paris. Dan is a board member and advisory board member to various companies and a trusted advisor to companies in transition. Dan holds a BA from Columbia College, Columbia University, in the City of New York.
